Bridge Point Precinct at 555 Fifteenth Avenue, Austral is a mixed development located along the newly created FAST Corridor (Fifteenth Avenue Smart Transit), which includes a Social Hub (including uses such as Gymnasium, Veterinary, Café and Long Day Care Centre), warehousing and light industrial, service station and two convenience food outlets, one with exceptional drive through capacity.

 It is estimated to bring a total of 160 jobs within the development (as per Social Infrastructure Statement). Precincts are separated and defined by a forest wall, with greenery strategically placed throughout to establish place-making and enhance the sustainable features of the development. The development is part of the Austral and Leppington North precinct, predicting 13,000 jobs and 54,300 people (information as per planning NSW).

 

Current Design: DA Approval for a 94 Place Long Day Care Centre, consisting of 24 x 0-2 yrs, 30 x 2-3 yrs, 40 x 3-5 yrs (Subject to DA)​. Internal Size: Generous space of 707.7 m2, reflective of 7.529 m2 per child​. External Size: 711.6 m2 unencumbered outdoor space provided, reflective of 7.57 m2 per child​. Cars Provided: 18 permanent spaces, 7 shared spaces, 43 parking spaces total in the social hub space.

 The centre is well placed to benefit from the booming infrastructure, investment and relocation of young families moving due to housing affordability, growth and the upcoming Aerotropolis precinct.

 

Internal Sizes: Current design includes a café (55.2sqm, 26 seats) Gymnasium (247sqm with design including cardio, strength, free weights and 2 accessible bathrooms with showers), veterinary tenancy (263.4sqm with additional 8sqm external lawn, also includes accessible bathroom, bathroom with storage and kitchen.
